Article writing From my existing project

I’m a cyber security PhD. Student and working on my Research. My supervisor has asked me to write 2 articles from my chapter 1-4 to display my knowledge. I need a Cyber Security Expert to help me write the article that can be published in journals. My work is “(Development of Ensemble-Based Predictive model for detection of cyber attacks)”.
