We have some fantastic jobs lined up to help you grow with us!Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and fluent Spanish-English translator for a temporary assignment. The primary responsibility will be translating a variety of business documents, including materials in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) from Spanish to English and vice versa. The role requires strong linguistic skills, attention to detail, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.ResponsibilitiesTranslate business documents, reports, presentations, and other materials from Spanish to English and English to Spanish.Ensure translated documents are accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate for the target audience.Format translated documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to maintain original formatting.Review and proofread translations for grammar, spelling, and overall readability.Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in terminology and language across all documents.Meet deadlines for assigned translation tasks.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesFluency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven experience as a translator or in a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for formatting and document handling.Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in terminology and language.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.Experience in translating business, legal, or technical documents is a plus.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in a corporate or office setting.BenefitsCompensation: Competitive hourly wage.Health Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.Additional Benefits: Life insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays.Work Environment: Positive and supportive work environment.DurationThis is a temporary role, expected to last for 6 months with the possibility of extension based on project needs.We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
