Contract Translator (Spanish)

Amuneal’s Technical Products Division is the country’s largest and most respected supplier of magnetic shielding, while our award-winning Custom Fabrication Division creates original designs for high-end residential and commercial interiors.Amuneal is looking for a Contract Spanish to English Translator to support our team on a per diem basis- both onsite and virtually. This role involves things like translating important trainings, company-wide announcements, and participating in meetings to ensure accurate communication between Spanish-speaking and English-speaking team members.ResponsibilitiesTranslate written documents, including confidential materials, from Spanish to English with a high degree of accuracy.Provide real-time translation services during meetings, including conversations between supervisors and employees.Translate training materials and other company communications as needed.Ensure that the translated content maintains the original tone, context, and meaning.Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and handle sensitive information with discretion.QualificationsExpert-level proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish and English.2-5 years of professional translation experience or supporting Human Resources, specifically Spanish to English preferred.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Experience translating technical or legal documents is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a per diem capacity, sometimes traveling onsite to our locations in Philadelphia, PA.Our work is custom in nature and highly evolving. Applicants should have experience and be able to thrive both in a collaborative setting and on solo tasks.Salary: $50 – $75 per hour
