Bid Writer (adhoc)

The Bid Writer will drive the bid governance – from working with other team members to answering bid requirements (from DPS applications to RFQs), designing our responses, creating a pricing matrix, producing written compelling and winning bid proposals and/or presentation collateral in line with deadlines, and submitting final bid collateral to the necessary contacts or portals.

The role won’t only involve writing content for use in the bid, but also presentations and all supporting documentation, ensuring a cohesive and consistent approach. The role will also require building a library of responses to streamline future bids, reviewing and editing previously written content for future use, and leveraging new technologies (e.g. ChatGPT) to make responding to bids as effective as possible.

The Bid Writer must understand government nuances and be flexible to take on adhoc projects.
